As always, we stayed at the Toorak Hotel in Torquay, this 92 room 3-star hotel is part of the TLH Leisure Resort hotel group and is situated in the heart of Torquay on the English Riviera.   Toorak is an Aboriginal word meaning “The swamps where the tea tree grows.” Luckily the Toorak is built on sturdier ground! It was the third hotel to join the TLH group back in 1986 when the Murrell family took it over.
